 ORDER AND FINAL JUDGMENT This action came on trial before the Court, Mr. Justice Frank Williams presiding, on the Parties claims for njunctive relief, damages and declaratory judgment pursuant to the provisions of R.I.G.L. $ 9-30-2. After a bench trial on March 10-11 and April 22-23, 1997, and in accordance with the written Deoision issued by this Court on August 1, 1997 and an Interim Order issued by this Court oa December 15, 1997, it is hereby:

 As a result of a 40ft  wide easement granted "to travel over, along and upon... entrance drive of the premises herein conveyed..." in (i) that certain Warranty Deed from Elizabeth De Witt Robinson and Margarct Faith Haggin Corrigan to Antoine Gazda dated July 21,1947
